面向我国基础教育的优秀教师内隐经验析取研究

摘要 百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。作为国家人才培养体系之基,基础教育至关重要。教师是教学实施的主体,在教育质量提升中扮演着关键角色。因此,教师教育更是基础教育的基石。如何在新时代利用新技术应对新挑战,是教师教育的改革重点。优秀教师的内隐经验是一种极具价值的隐性教育资源,但提取难度大、表征复杂且迁移成本高。针对该现状,尝试在“言语—非言语”行为模型下将教师的内隐经验进行外显析取,并以此模型搭建智能平台,期望能够进一步促进教师教育培训体系的发展。 As the foundation of the national talent reserve,elementary education is very important,and teachers are the key subjects in the implementation of education and teaching,which plays a vital role in improving the quality of education,and teacher education is the source.How to use new technologies to cope with new challenges in the new era is the focus of the transformation and reform of teacher education.As an objective resource with utilization value,it is difficult to extract it.It should be taken a deep thought to represent and transfer the implicit experience of teachers through Artificial Intelligence technology,and build an intelligent platform to serve teacher education,thus promoting a higher level of education quality.
