On the Manifestation of Ideological and Political Education Governance

厘清思想政治教育治理的表现形态是思想政治教育治理研究的重要任务。思想政治教育治理形态表现为:在教育对象上增强文化自觉与文化自信、在教育方法上善于以文化人和以文育人的“文化治理形态”;完善精神谱系、发挥精神引领作用、克服精神缺钙风险的“精神治理形态”;明确价值导向、培育价值自觉、树立价值自信的“价值治理形态”;在个体层面加强心理问题疏导和心理健康教育,在社会层面培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态的“心理治理形态”。坚持以系统思维把握思想政治教育治理形态,注重整体和各个形态内部的优化趋向,推动思想政治教育治理各形态共同发展并产生整体大于部分之和的协同效应。

In the study of the governance of ideological and political education,it is important to clarify the its manifestations.There are different forms of menifestations.Firstly,“culture governance forms”can enhance cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence in the objects of education,and help educate people through culture in educational methods;secondly,the“spiritual governance form”can improve the spiritual genealogy,give play to the leading role of the spirit,and overcome the risk of spiritual calcium deficiency;thirdly,the“value governance form”can clarify value orientation,cultivate value consciousness,and establish value self-confidence;forthly,we should strengthen the counseling of psychological problems at the individual level and mental health education,and cultivate self-esteem,self-confidence,rationality,peace,and positive social mentality at the social level.We should persist in grasping the governance form of ideological and political education with systematic thinking,pay attention to the optimization trend of the whole and the internal of each form,promote the common development of all forms of ideological and political education governance,and produce a synergistic effect that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
