摘要
校企合作、产教融合在职业院校人才培养中的作用日益凸显,ICT产业人才培养过程中产教融合更显重要。学校现代通信技术专业探究并实践了行企校三方协同,专业建设与产业发展、人才培养与企业需求对接,“自我诊断+企业参与”专业评价的人才共育新模式,实现“横向拓展,纵向延伸”的人才培养规格提升,促进现代通信技术专业的职业教育改革。
School-enterprise cooperation has become an important means of vocational education while school-enterprise cooperation is more important in the process of ICT industry talent training.Modern communications technology specialty has explored and practiced the new mode of three-party cooperation among industry associations,enterprises and schools,specialty construction and industry development docking,and talent training and enterprise demand docking,and the professional evaluation of self-diagnosis and enterprise participation,to achieve"horizontal expansion,vertical extension"of personnel training specifications,and promote the modern vocational education reform of the modern communication technology specialty.
