高职院校产教深度融合发展的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Deep Integration of Production and Teachingin Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对连云港市三所高职院校产教融合培养数据分析,并加以实地调研,得出其在产教融合存在着五个问题。针对现有的问题,从提升产教深度融合人才培养理念、加强“政校企”产教深度融合、完善高职院校人才培养保障机制、瞄准地方产业布局开展产教融合、适时构建适配产业形态的课程体系五个方面,提出了产教深度融合发展的对策与建议。

Based on the data analysis of production-education integration in three higher vocational colleges in Lianyungang City and the field investigation,the paper concludes that there are five problems in production-education integration.In view of the existing problems,suggestions and countermeasures for the deep integration of industry and education are put forward from five aspects,including improving the concept of deep integration of industry and education,strengthening the deep integration of industry and education in"government,school and enterprise",improving the guarantee mechanism of talent training in higher vocational colleges,carrying out integration of industry and education aiming at the local industrial layout,and constructing the course system suitable for the industrial form at the right time.
