基于CAN总线和LabVIEW相结合的汽车智能大灯教学系统设计

摘要 基于车载网络CAN总线原理,结合OBD诊断协议和通信电路,设计一套汽车智能大灯的教学设备,该教学设备采用飞思卡尔公司的MC06XS3517汽车专用车灯驱动芯片作为控制模块的主控芯片,MC9S08DZ60芯片作为组合开关的主控芯片。该教学设备与用LabVIEW软件开发的上位机形成一套教学系统。该教学系统充分挖掘竞赛车辆及实训车辆的教学潜力,提高学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量。 Based on the principle of vehicle network CAN bus,combined with OBD diagnosis protocol and communication circuit,this paper designs a set of car intelligent headlight teaching equipment,using Freescale MC06XS3517 car special vehicle lamp drive chip as a control module,MC9S08DZ60 chip as a combination switch control chip.The teaching equipment forms a teaching system with the upper computer developed by LabVIEW software.The teaching system fully excavates the teaching potential of competition vehicles and practical training vehicles,improves students'interest in learning and improves the teaching quality.
