角色认知与关系重构——达州市驻区单位参与社区微治理研究

Role Perception and Reconfiguration:A Study on the Participation of Dazhou District-based Units in Community Micro-Governance

随着社会主义市场经济的确立,社会结构也发生了重大变化.社会中的个体逐渐由“单位人”向“社会人”转化,社区成为基层社会治理新的单元,出现由“单位社会”向“社区社会”的转变.然而单位并没有因市场的冲击而消亡,在社会治理中依然扮演着重要的角色.社区与驻区单位对自身角色重新认知,在新的治理模式下重构了两者之间的互动机制.驻区单位通过微治理平台参与社区微治理工作,使社区微治理效果获得明显提升.

With the establishment of a socialist market economy,the social structure has also undergone significant changes.Individuals in society are gradually changing from“unit people”to“social people”,and the community has become a new unit of social governance at the grassroots level,transforming from a“unit society”to a“community society”.Yet the unit has not died out as a result of market shocks and still plays an important role in social governance.The community and the units in the area have reconceptualized their roles and reconstructed the mechanisms of interaction between them in a new governance model.The participation of district-based units in community micro-governance work through the micro-governance platform has led to a marked improvement in the effectiveness of community micro-governance.
