普通高校数学专业实习生课堂导入现状的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Classroom Introduction of Mathematics Majors in Colleges and Universities

为研究数学教育实习生的课堂导入情况和实际运用能力.研究采用问卷调查法,主要从课堂导入的认知、设计思路和导入反思三个维度分析普通高校数学专业实习生课堂导入现状.研究表明:普通高校师范生的课堂导入的整体认知水平较强,但教学效果不佳,缺少教学经验.并提出高校应对师范生的教学技能做系统规划和细致培训等建议.为教师教育和提升实习生的教学技能提供有效性和针对性服务.

Based on questionnaire survey,this paper attempts to analyze the class introduction of intern teachers majoring in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from the three dimensions of cognition,design and reflection.It reveals that the teaching result is not satisfying comparing with the high cognitive level in the teaching procedure of lead-in.This study also proposes that systematic planning and training in teaching skills should be provided;effective and targeted service to enhance intern teachers’instructional skills and education is supposed to be available.
