连续油管水平井温度测井仪优化及应用

摘要 温度测井是产气剖面测井技术中的一种常规动态监测项目。常用的温度测井仪应用于水平井测温存在灵敏度不够、定位不准等问题,在一定程度上限制了其在水平井中的应用。通过分析常用温度测井仪在水平井应用中存在的问题,并通过集成化结构设计、材质和电子元件的优选,结合强度计算和功能试验,优化形成了一种成本较低、灵敏度较高、长度较短且具有定位功能的连续油管水平井温度测井仪。现场应用表明,优化后的温度测井仪在137℃、36 MPa条件下性能稳定,工作可靠,准确获取了水平段各产层的温度压力资料,为产气剖面高效温度测井提供了一种低成本技术手段。 Temperature logging is a conventional dynamic monitoring item in gas production profile logging technology.The common temperature logging tool used in horizontal well temperature measurement has problems such as insufficient sensitivity and inaccurate positioning,which limits its application in horizontal wells to a certain extent.By analyzing the problems existing in the application of common temperature logging tools in horizontal wells,through integrated structural design,optimization of materials and electronic components,combined with strength calculation and functional test,a coiled tubing conveyed horizontal well temperature logging tool with low cost,high sensitivity,short length and positioning function is optimized.Field application in WY36-XXHF and other wells shows that the optimized temperature logging tool has stable performance and reliable operation under 137℃and 36 MPa and accurately obtains the temperature and pressure data of each production layer in the horizontal section,which provides a low-cost technical means for efficient temperature logging of gas production profile.
