河南省散打运动员退役就业现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Placement of Retired Sanda Athletes in Henan Province

近年来,河南省散打运动员在各类国际国内大赛上绽放辉煌,为河南体育事业贡献了不可磨灭的功勋,重视解决河南省散打运动员退役就业工作问题,不仅仅对运动员本身起到很大的帮助,更能使河南省散打项目得到健康有序的发展。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,数理统计法对2010-2020年间河南省散打队退役运动员就业现状进行分析。结果表明:运动成绩是就业的关键,学历层次是就业的敲门砖,经济补偿是今后退役就业安置的主要途径,职业教育培训是拓宽就业渠道的重要内容。建议:提高运动成绩,增加自身核心竞争力;提高学历层次,增加社会竞争力;提高经济补偿的标准和范围;加强职业教育和职业技能培训;多部门联合拓宽就业渠道;完善政府退役安置政策机制。

in recent years,henan sanda blossom glorious,in the various international and domestic competition for henan province sports contributed an indelible meritorious service,attaches great importance to solve the problem of sanda in henan province placed ex-service athletes,not only of great help to the athletes,are more likely to make the healthy and orderly development of sanda projects in henan province.The employment status of retired sanda athletes in Henan province from 2010 to 2020 was analyzed by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The results show that the level of sports is the key to employment,the level of educational background is the stepping-stone to employment,economic compensation is the main way to find employment in the future,vocational education and training is an important content to broaden employment channels.Suggestions:Improve sports performance,increase their core competitiveness;Improve educational level,increase social competitiveness;Raising the standard and scope of economic compensation;Strengthening vocational education and vocational skills training;Multiple departments to expand employment channels;We will improve government policies and mechanisms for demobilizing retirees.
