粤港澳大湾区校园足球活动质量评价体系构建研究——基于三维质量结构理论

Research on the Construction of Quality Evaluation System for Campus Football Activities in Guangdong・Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——Based on the Three-dimensional Quality Structure Theory

粤港澳大湾区要建设成为国家高质量发展的典范,大湾区校园足球活动的发展,关键在于质量提升,科学既有效的评价指标体系的构建,能从评价和监督的维度促进大湾区校园足球活动的开展。以三维质量结构理论为理论基础,依据相关政策文件,通过两轮专家咨询进行指标筛选,构建粤港澳大湾区校园足球活动质量评价体系,并用AHP法确定各指标权重。该体系包括校园足球结构、过程、结果质量3项一级指标,组织领导、场地经费保障、师资建设等10项二级指标,以及31项三级指标。通过对所构建的评价体系的效果、信效度进行分析检验,证明其具有较高的实用性与可靠性,能够作为对粤港澳大湾区校园足球活动质量进行评估的定量分析工具,以期促进粤港澳大湾区乃至广东省校园足球活动更好更快更健康的发展。

To build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into a model of national high-quality development,the key to the development of campus football activities in the Greater Bay Area lies in the improvement of quality.The construction of a scientific and effective evaluation index system can promote the Greater Bay Area from the perspective of evaluation and supervision.The development of campus football activities.Taking the three-dimensional quality structure theory as the theoretical basis,according to relevant policy documents,through two rounds of expert consultation to screen indicators,construct a quality evaluation system for campus football activities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and use the AHP method to determine the weight of each indicator.The system includes 3 first-level indicators of campus football structure,process,and result quality,10 second-level indicators such as organizational leadership,venue funding security,and teacher construction,and 31 third-level indicators.Through the analysis and test of the effect,reliability and validity of the constructed evaluation system,it is proved that it has high practicability and reliability,and can be used as a quantitative analysis tool for evaluating the quality of campus football activities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Better,faster and healthier development of campus football activities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even Guangdong Province.
