一种单相Vienna整流器及其控制方法

摘要 针对三相单相输入兼容场合使用的电动汽车直流充电模块,在三相Vienna整流器结构的基础上,提出了一种单相Vienna整流器结构及3种调制方法。第1种调制方法中2组开关管共用一个调制波,同时通断;第2种调制方法中一组开关管恒通,另一组开关管工作在高频PWM模式;第3种调制方法为2组开关管有2个独立的调制波。分析表明,第3中调制方法具有实现宽范围输出和能够调整输出电压不平衡的优点。基于第3种调制方法,建立了该整流器的数学模型,进而提出了含有输出电压upn与输出电压差Δupn两个控制环的整流器控制方法。通过对一个110 V AC输入的整流器的仿真和实验表明,只有第3种调制方法能够既实现200~380 V DC的宽范围输出电压,又能在输出电容和负载不平衡的条件下实现输出电压的平衡。 For the DC charging module in an electric vehicle which is applied under three-or single-phase input compatible scenarios,a single-phase Vienna rectifier structure and its three modulation methods are proposed based on a three-phase Vienna rectifier structure.For the first modulation method,two teams of switches have a common modulation signal,and they are turned on or off at the same time.For the second modulation method,one team is always turned on,while the other operates in a high-frequency PWM mode.For the third modulation method,two teams have two independent modulation signals,respectively.The comparison results indicate that the third modulation method has advantages of a wide output voltage range and output voltage balance,based on which a mathematical model of the proposed rectifier is established and the corresponding control method with two control loops of output voltage upn and output voltage differenceΔupn is proposed.Simulation and experimental results of arectifier with 110 V input voltage shows that only with the third modulation method,the rectifier can generate 200-380 V output voltage and maintain the output voltage balance with imbalanced output capacitors and load resistors.
