钳位型分裂Y源逆变器

摘要 Y源逆变器具有高电压增益的优点,但是其电压增益中的调制因数和直通占空比相互制约,影响其电压质量和直流母线利用率,漏感的存在也使Y源逆变器流经耦合电感的电流在状态转换过程中发生突变,导致功率开关管产生明显的电压尖峰。分裂Y源逆变器SYSI(split Y-source inverter)工作过程中由于不需要引入直通状态,可以有效解决上述问题,为此提出一种钳位型分裂Y源逆变器CSYSI(clamped split Y-source inverter),不仅可以同向调节调制因数和升压占空比,消除开关管电压尖峰,而且通过加入电压钳位单元,进一步提升了电压增益。对该逆变器进行了详细的理论分析,并进行MATLAB/Simulink仿真与样机实验,验证了其合理性。 The Y-source inverter has the advantage of a high voltage gain.However,the two factors of modulation factor and shoot through duty cycle in its voltage gain can be mutually constraining,affecting its voltage quality and DC bus utilization.In addition,the presence of leakage inductance causes abrupt changes in the current flowing through the coupled inductor in the Y-source inverter during state transitions,and its power switches can therefore generate significant voltage spikes.The split Y-source inverter(SYSI)can effectively solve these problems as it does not need to introduce a shoot through state during its operation.In this paper,a clamped split Y-source inverter(CSYSI)is proposed,which not only retains the advantages that the SYSI can adjust the modulation factor and boost duty cycle in the same direction,but also eliminates the switching voltage spikes.Moreover,its voltage gain is further enhanced by the inclusion of a voltage clamp cell.A detailed theoretical analysis of the proposed inverter is performed,and MATLAB/Simulink simulations and prototype experimental results were provided to verify its rationality.
