一二次融合柱上开关状态监测与运维技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 柱上开关作为配电网最广泛分布的设备之一,是配电保护控制、自动化功能实现的载体,也是保障配电网运行安全、供电可靠性的重要装备。然而事实上,供电企业柱上开关故障率一直居高不下,部分地区柱上开关在线率不足65%,可靠动作率仅有50%左右,对配电网可靠运行带来重大隐患。从配电网终端运维需求出发,结合一二次融合柱上开关研究实践现状,重点梳理柱上开关常规缺陷,深入对比了传统柱上开关与一二次融合柱上开关运维方法上的差异,研究设计了一二次融合柱上开关状态监测与运维技术,并深入分析了一二次融合配电设备规模化应用的运维业务组织模式。通过研究,将具体提出一二次融合柱上开关运维方案,为一二次融合柱上开关设计、选型和运维提供指导。 As one of the most widely distributed equipment in distribution network,pole switch is the carrier of distribution protection control and automation function,and also an important equipment to ensure the operation safety and power supply reliability of distribu-tion network.However,in fact,the failure rate of pole switches in power supply enterprises has been high.In some areas,the on-line rate of pole switches is less than 65%,and the reliable operation rate is only about 50%,which brings great hidden danger to the reliable op-eration of distribution network.Starting from the terminal operation and maintenance requirements of distribution network,combined with the research and practice status of primary and secondary fusion on column switch,focusing on the conventional defects of on column switch,deeply comparing the differences of operation and maintenance methods between traditional on column switch and primary and secondary fusion on column switch,the state analysis and operation and maintenance technology of primary and secondary fusion on col-umn switch are studied and designed,and the primary and secondary fusion on column switch operation and maintenance business or-ganization mode of large-scale application of equipment is deeply analyed.Through the research,the operation and maintenance scheme of primary and secondary fusion on column switch will be put forward,which will provide guidance for the design,selection and opera-tion and maintenance of primary and secondary fusion on column switch.
