摘要
为提升我院雷达器材保管员专业军士教育培训水平,对照雷达器材保管员任职岗位能力要求,分析了当前教育培训存在的主要问题,明晰了雷达器材保管员军士教育教学目标,从理实一体教学条件建设、基于任职能力提升的教学内容模块化重组、以学员为主体的教学方法优化三方面论述了具体实施过程.教学实践表明,学员对课程教学的认可度和考核平均成绩均有明显提升.这对其他课程教学改革有借鉴意义.
In order to improve the sergeant education and training level for radar repair equipment keepers in Air Force Early Warning Academy,this article accords to the requirements for post ability of radar equipment keeper to analyze the main problems existing in current education and training,and clarifies the objectives of sergeant education and teaching for equipment keeper.And then,the article expounds the concrete implementation process from three aspects:the construction of teaching conditions for the integration of theory and practice,modular reorganization of teaching content based on the promotion of working ability,and the optimization of teaching methods with cadets as the main body.The teaching practice shows that the cadets’recognition of the course teaching and the average test score have improved obviously.This can be used for reference for the teaching reform of other courses.
