摘要
为提高无人机装备原理与运用课程学员学习分组的有效性,提出了基于学习投入指标的分组量化设计方法.借鉴NSSE中文版和UWES-S有益成分,考虑军校特色和学员特点,设计了“学习投入”调查问卷;然后以基于“学习投入”的学习情况量化指标为特征量,对学员实施聚类分析并按照聚类结果进行了学习分组.教学实践表明,采用该分组方法,课程教学效果有明显提高.
In order to improve the grouping effectiveness for the learners of UAV Equipment Principle and Application course,this article proposes a quantitative grouping design method based on“learning engagement”index.The article first uses NSSE Chinese version and UWES-S for reference,considers the characteristics of military academy and cadets,and designs a“learning engagement”questionnaire.Then,the article takes the quantitative index of learning situation based on“learning engagement”as the characteristic quantity,and makes a clustering analysis on the cadets,forming learning groups according to the clustering results.The teaching practice shows that the proposed grouping method can improve the teaching effect obviously,and thus the article can provide re fe rence for te a ching othe r cours e s in groups.
