基于R1234yf和R1234ze(E)的电动汽车空调系统的4E分析 被引量:1

4E analysis of electric vehicle air conditioning system based on R1234yf and R1234ze(E)

摘要 为了研究环保型制冷剂R1234yf和R1234ze(E)替代R134a在电动汽车空调系统中应用的可行性,利用EES软件对R1234yf和R1234ze(E)电动汽车空调系统进行建模仿真,对系统进行能量(1E)、(火用)(2E)、经济性(3E)和环境性(4E)分析与多因素评估,并与R134a电动汽车空调系统对比。结果表明:R134a表现出最佳的热经济性能,但R134a的生命周期CO_(2)当量排放量约为R1234ze(E)或R1234yf的6.5倍和3.67倍,对环境的影响较差;R1234yf和R1234ze(E)的可行性水平值(FL)在不同权重情况下分别大于3.7,3.4,而R134a在不同权重下的可行性水平值FL最小为0.1;R1234yf、R1234ze(E)可作为R134a的替代制冷剂,其中R1234yf更适合作为R134a的替代制冷剂。 In order to investigate the feasibility of the application of environmentally friendly refrigerants R1234yf and R1234ze(E)to replace R134a in electric vehicle air conditioning systems,the R1234yf and R1234ze(E)electric vehicle air conditioning systems were modeled and simulated using EES software,and analysis and multi-factor evaluation were conducted for the system from aspects of energy(1E),exergy(2E),economy(3E),and environment(4E),and were compared with R134a electric vehicle air conditioning system.The results show that R134a exhibits the best thermoeconomic performance,but the life-cycle CO_(2) equivalent emissions of R134a were about 6.5 and 3.67 times that of R1234ze(E)or R1234yf,which had a poorer environmental impact;the feasibility level values(FL)of R1234yf and R1234ze(E)are greater than 3.7 and 3.4 for different weighting cases,respectively,whereas the minimum FL value of R134a under different weights is 0.1.Therefore,R1234yf and R1234ze(E)can be used as alternative refrigerants for R134a,among which R1234yf is more suitable as an alternative refrigerant for R134a.
