中华民族共同体意识下北方游牧民族传统体育发展:价值定位、现实困境与时代进路

Development of Traditional Sports of the Northern Nomads Under the Sense of Chinese National Community:Value Orientation,Realistic Dilemmas and Development Approaches in the Times

运用文献资料法、田野调查法和逻辑分析法,阐释中华民族共同体意识下我国北方游牧民族传统体育的价值定位,分析其面临的现实困境,提出了新时代发展进路。研究表明,共同体意识下我国北方游牧民族传统体育的价值定位为文化价值:传承体育文脉,增进民族团结认同;休闲价值:致力健体养心,提升民众健康水平;教育价值:深化体教融合,提升民族综合素养;经济价值:推动产业兴旺,助力民族乡村振兴。现实困境为价值阐释缺乏,多元价值彰显不够;文化生存土壤流失严重,生存空间逐渐萎缩;传承衔接受阻,部分项目濒临失传;产业开发滞后,消费市场动力不足。时代进路:以“生态圈”建设彰显多元价值,以“申遗”保护文化生存土壤,以“校园共同体”促进传承衔接,以“协同增效”推进产业振兴。

Through the methods of literature,field investigation and logic analysis,this research explains the value orientation of traditional sports of the northern nomads under the sense of the Chinese national community,analyzes the realistic difficulties they faces,and puts forward the development approach in the new era.It shows that under the community sense,the value orientation of traditional sports of the northern nomads in China includes cultural value:inheriting sports context and enhancing national unity and identity;leisure value:dedicated to health and mind,and improving the health of the public;educational value:deepening the integration of physical education and improving the national comprehensive quality;and economic value:promoting industrial prosperity and helping national rural revitalization.The realistic dilemmas contain that the lack of value interpretation and the multiple values are not displayed enough;serious soil loss,and the living space is gradually shrinking;the connection of inheritance are blocked,and some projects are on the verge of being lost;and industrial development lags behind,and the consumer market lacks motivations.The development approaches in the new era include that multi-value can be manifested through the construction of“ecosphere”,the soil of cultural survival can be protected through“applying for World Heritage”,the inheritance and cohesion can be promoted through“campus community”,and industrial revitalization can be pushed ahead through“synergistic efficiency”.
