职教领域教育硕士教育科研能力研究——基于1043篇职教领域教育硕士学位论文的分析

Study on Cultivating the Education and Research Ability of Vocational Education Master Students——Based on the analysis of 1043 dissertations of master’s degree in vocational education

教育科研能力是职教领域教育硕士的必备能力,学位论文是研究生培养质量的集中体现,对学位论文进行分析和探讨有助于挖掘职教领域教育硕士培养中存在的问题,获取教育科研能力提升的有效途径。借助CiteSpace软件对2018年以来职教领域教育硕士1043篇学位论文进行深挖与分析,绘制科学知识图谱,探讨职教领域教育硕士学位论文研究热点及存在问题。研究发现,当前职教领域教育硕士学位论文主要关注课程设置与课程开发研究、教学设计与教学实践研究,存在主题同质化、研究方法趋同化、论文形式单一化等问题。针对以上分析结果,未来需从问题提出能力、方法论证能力、理念革新能力三个方面培养职教领域教育硕士的教育科研能力,推进职教领域教育硕士培养高质量发展。

Teaching academic ability is a necessary ability for master of education in the field of vocational education.The dissertation is a concentrated reflection of the quality of postgraduate training.The analysis and discussion of the dissertation is helpful to dig out the problems existing in the training of master of education in the field of vocational education and obtain effective ways to improve teaching academic ability.With the help of CiteSpace,1043 dissertations of master of education in the field of vocational education since 2018 were analyzed,and the map of scientific knowledge was drawn to discuss the research hotspots and existing problems of master of education dissertations in the field of vocational education.It is found that the dissertations of master’s degree in vocational education mainly focus on curriculum setting and curriculum development research,teaching design and teaching practice research.But there are problems such as theme homogenization,research method assimilation,paper form simplification and so on.In view of the above analysis results,it is necessary to cultivate the teaching and academic ability of vocational education masters from three aspects:the ability to propose questions,the ability to demonstrate methods and the ability to innovate ideas so as to promote the high-quality development of vocational education masters.
