摘要
中华工匠文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,包含了丰富的物质文化和精神文化,其核心是工匠精神。中华工匠文化融入高职教育,对于传承发展中华工匠文化,健全职业教育德技并修育人机制,培养具有工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才,均有重要价值。中华工匠文化融入高职教育,重在引导学生认知中华工匠文化体系,传承中华工匠文化精神,领会中华技艺美学意蕴。融入各类课程教学、融入校园文化建设、融入社会实践教育与融入校企合作等都是中华工匠文化深度融入高职教育的有效路径。
Chinese craftsmanship culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,which contains rich material culture and spiritual culture,and its core is craftsmanship spirit.The integration of Chinese craftsmanship culture into higher vocational education is of great value for inheriting and developing Chinese craftsman culture,improving the moral and technical training mechanism of vocational education,and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit.The integration of Chinese craftsmanship culture into higher vocational education should focus on guiding students to understand the Chinese craftsmanship culture system,inherit the spirit of Chinese craftsmanship culture,and understand the aesthetic connotation of Chinese skills.Integrating craftsmanship into various curriculum teaching,campus culture construction,social practice education and school enterprise cooperation are all effective ways for it to be deeply integrated into higher vocational education.
