基于RFID技术的工业机器人分拣实训装置设计

Design of Training Equipment for Sorting Robots based on RFID Technology

RFID技术已广泛应用于工业制造领域,能够降低企业成本、提升企业智能制造能力。针对目前高职工业机器人专业实训的不足,提出基于RFID技术的工业机器人分拣实训装置的设计,以实现几种不同形状、颜色工件的分拣,对提升学生新技术应用能力和拓宽专业视野以期具有一定指导意义。

RFID technology has been widely used in the field of industrial manufacturing,which can reduce the cost and improve the intelligent manufacturing ability of enterprises.However there are few case of involving RFID technology in the training equipment of industrial robots in higher vocational colleges.This paper proposes a training equipment for sorting robot based on RFID technology,which is able to realize the sorting of four kinds of workpieces with different shapes and colors.The training equipment is of significance to improve students’ability to apply new technologies and broaden their professional vision.
