乙烯齐聚制α-烯烃(LAO)装置危险性分析及对策

摘要 通过对国内首套C8以上α-烯烃制备装置进行危险性分析,辨识出乙烯齐聚制α-烯烃(LAO)工艺存在的反应热失控、高压串低压、真空系统氧含量超标、高温物料泄漏自燃、催化剂燃爆等危险因素,针对识别出的危险因素提出安全防控措施。 Through the risk analysis of the first domesticα-olefin preparation unit above C8,the risk factors of reaction heat runaway,high pressure and low pressure,excessive oxygen content in vacuum system,high temperature material leakage and spontaneous combustion,catalyst explosion and other risk factors in the ethylene oligomerization toα-olefin(LAO)process were identified,and the safety prevention and control measures were proposed for the identified risk factors.
