曼海姆法硫酸钾生产中HCl吸收系统的工艺选择与优化

摘要 通过建立HCl三级恒温降膜吸收模型,分别研究不同温度和压力下HCl的吸收效果。经过研究发现,压力对HCl吸收率的影响因数为0.1043%/kPa,在HCl风机3~4 kPa的升压下,正压吸收对HCl吸收的影响较小,考虑到投资及生产过程中可能产生的HCl泄漏,采用负压吸收是更好的选择。温度对HCl吸收率的影响因数为0.695%/℃,是影响HCl吸收的关键因素,为了提高HCl的吸收率,应尽可能降低工艺气进降膜吸收的温度。 A three-stage constant temperature falling film absorption model of HCl was established to study the absorption effect of HCl at different temperatures and pressures.Through research,it is found that the influence factor of pressure on HCl absorption rate is 0.1043%/kPa.Under the pressure rise of HCl fan of 3~4 kPa,positive pressure absorption has little influence on HCl absorption.Considering the possible HCl leakage during investment and production,negative pressure absorption is a better choice.The influence factor of temperature on HCl absorption is 0.695%/℃,which is the key factor affecting HCl absorption.In order to improve HCl absorption,the temperature of process gas entering falling film absorption should be reduced as much as possible.
