摘要
介绍了内蒙古华恒能源科技有限公司1.5 t/h废硫酸再生装置工艺设计方案的选择,对采用不同的燃料气作为热源对主要工艺过程的影响进行了讨论与分析。使用BDO循环尾气作为燃料气时,燃料气消耗量、空气消耗量、出焚烧炉烟气量、出焚烧炉烟气中水含量及循环水用量均低于使用天然气,而出焚烧炉烟气中SO_(2)浓度高于使用天然气。使用BDO循环尾气作为燃料气时,废水排放量远低于使用天然气,废气排放量相差不大。
The selection of process design schemes for the 1.5 t/h waste sulphuric acid regeneration unit of Inner Mongolia Huaheng Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.is introduced,and the impact of using different fuel gases as heat sources on the main process is discussed and analyzed.When using BDO circulating tail gas as fuel gas,the fuel gas consumption,air consumption,flue gas volume from the incinerator,water content in flue gas from the incinerator,and circulating water consumption are lower than those of natural gas,while the SO_(2) concentration in flue gas from the incinerator is higher than that of natural gas.When using BDO cycle tail gas as fuel gas,the waste water emission is far lower than that of natural gas,and there is no significant difference in waste gas emissions.
