动力·策略·路径:编导专业课程思政与翻转课堂融合研究

摘要 课程思政与翻转课堂融合是解决目前广播电视编导专业教学问题的有效方法。专业基因传承和能力革新、课程思政方法论指导、翻转课堂应对传统课堂失灵是编导专业课程思政与翻转课堂融合的动力。在教学体系设计上,通过分析学科特点、产业趋势、社会需求、未来发展四个方面的问题,构建了基于影视创作、IP培育、服务社会、融合创新四大能力培养的“点+线+面+空间”课程思政与翻转课堂融合策略。在具体课程教学设计与实施上,重构了学情分析、教学研究、教案设定、课堂实施、教学评价,建立了“五环节层级驱动”课程思政与翻转课堂融合路径。 The integration of ideological-political elements and flipped classroom is an effective way to solve the problems in the teaching of directing major.Professional gene inheritance and ability innovation,methodology guidance on courses with ideological-political elements,and flipped classroom coping with traditional classroom failure are the driving forces for the integration.In the design of teaching system,through the analysis of the four aspects of subject characteristics,industry trends,social needs and future development,this paper constructs the integration strategy of"point+line+surface+space"curriculum based on the four abilities of film and television creation,IP cultivation,social service and integration and innovation.In the teaching design and implementation of specific courses,it reconstructs the analysis of learning situation,teaching research,teaching plan setting,classroom implementation and teaching evaluation,and establishes the"five-link hierarchical drive"integration path of ideological-political elements and flipped classroom.
