摘要
核心素养作为国家基础教育界的顶层设计,已经成为深化基础教育改革、落实素质教育目标的关键要素。培养和提升大学生的核心素养是增强其核心竞争力的关键路径,本文从大学生“就业难”以及“难就业”的严峻形势等问题分析出发,探讨了其形成的主要原因,梳理核心素养的研究现状,分析了管理学科核心素养的内涵及其特征,构建了管理学科核心素养的能力体系,提出了管理学科背景下大学生核心素养的培养路径。
As the top design of national basic education,core literacy has become the key element of deepening basic education reform and implementing the goal of quality education.Cultivating and improving the core literacy of college students is the key path to enhance their core competitiveness.Based on problem analysis of serious situations of college student“employment”and“difficult job”,this paper discusses the main reason of itsformation,examines core literacy research present situation,analyzes the connotations and characteristics of the core quality management discipline,builds the capability of the core quality management discipline system,puts forward the management discipline under the background of the cultivation of college students’core literacy path.
