摘要
本研究基于压力-状态-响应模型(PSR),结合城市水系统的生态服务功能和经济服务功能,从水资源供应系统、水环境保护系统、水安全保障系统三个方面,构建城市水系统功能评估指标体系。该指标体系可以对社会-生态系统的状态、改变的原因以及管理者所采取的措施开展评估,可以帮助城市涉水部门的管理者不断改进和调整管理措施。
Based on pressure-state-response(PSR)model,the evaluation indicator system of urban water system function is constructed from three aspects:water supply system,water environment protection system and water security system,in combination with the ecological and economic service functions of urban water system.The indicator system can evaluate the state of the social-ecosystem,the reasons for the changes and the measures taken by managers,so as to help managers of the urban water-related departments to continuously improve and adjust the management measures.
