摘要
目的引入、翻译儿童安宁疗护筛查量表(paediatric palliative screening scale,PaPaS),并检验其信效度。方法采用Brislin翻译模式,通过翻译、回译、文化调试和预实验,确定中文版PaPaS量表。便利抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等儿童医院387名血液肿瘤科患儿进行信效度检验。结果中文版PaPaS量表共11个条目,验证性因子分析结果显示,整体模型拟合度可接受,5个因子的平均方差抽取量均>0.5,组合信度均>0.7。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.819,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.764~0.822;总量表重测信度为0.939,各条目重测信度为0.803~0.976。条目和量表的内容效度指数均为1。结论中文版PaPaS量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为儿童安宁疗护筛查的测评工具。
Objective To introduce and translate the Pediatric Palliative Screening Scale(PaPaS),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Using the Brislin translation model,the Chinese version of the PaPaS scale was determined through translation,back translation,cultural debugging and pre-experimentation.A total of 387 children in the Department of Hematology and Oncology from a tertiary A children’s hospital in Shanghai were selected for reliability and validity test by the convenience sampling method.Results There were 11 items in Chinese version of PaPaS.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the overall model fit was acceptable.The average variance sampling of the five factors was>0.5,and the combination reliability was>0.7.Cronbach’sαcoefficient of total volume table was 0.819,Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.764~0.822,retest reliability of total volume table was 0.939,and retest reliability of each item was 0.803~0.976.The content validity index of both items and scales was 1.Conclusions The Chinese version of PaPaS has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for pediatric palliative care screening.
