摘要 为了提高车辆的悬架K&C特性以及操纵稳定性,常见的方式就是通过更改悬架硬点来改变K特性和更改弹性件动静刚度来改变C特性。悬架在汽车底盘中起着举足轻重的作用,在乘用车的操纵稳定性方面要求达到更高的标准。本文选取一款乘用车作为研究对象,针对前悬架K&C特性和整车操纵稳定性展开分析与研究,以ADAMS/Car为平台,建立乘用车前悬架系统的刚体模型,更改乘用车前悬架参数,也就是硬点修改后车辆悬架K特性变化情况,最后对前悬架模型和刚体模型进行运动学仿真分析,通过分析侧倾中心、轮距、车轮外倾角、前束角、主销内倾角、主销后倾角性能参数在乘用车前悬架运动过程中的变化规律,为悬架设计人员和维修保养人员提供借鉴。 In order to improve the suspension K&C characteristics and handling stability of a vehicle,it is common to change the K characteristics by changing the hard points of the suspension and the C characteristics by changing the dynamic and static stiffness of the elastomers.The suspension plays a pivotal role in the chassis of a vehicle,and high standards are required to be achieved in terms of handling stability in passenger cars.In this thesis,a passenger car is selected as the research object,and the analysis and research is carried out for the front suspension K&C characteristics and the overall vehicle handling stability.ADAMS/Car is used as a platform to establish a rigid body model of the front suspension system of a passenger car,and to change the front suspension parameters of the passenger car,that is,the change of the vehicle suspension K characteristics after the hard point modification.Finally,the kinematic simulation analysis of the front suspension model and the rigid body model is carried out to analyze the changes in the performance parameters of the centre of lateral camber,wheelbase,wheel camber,front beam angle,main pin camber and main pin camber during the front suspension movement of the passenger car,which can be used as reference for suspension designers and maintenance personnel.
