某混动MPV方向盘加速振动问题研究

摘要 为有效解决某MPV方向盘在发动机转速到达2500r/min时存在振动大问题,结合问题现象对振动传递路径进行系统分析,使用数据采集设备,确认振动为发动机二阶激励经右悬置传递到方向盘。通过调整发动机标定策略避开方向盘振动频率,并对方向盘轮圈进行优化以降低方向盘盘体一阶模态幅值。主观评价和实车测试表明,实施优化方案后,方向盘振动明显降低,问题得到有效解决,提升该车NVH性能表现。 In order to effectively solve the problem of vibration of an MPV steering wheel when the engine speed reaches 2500r/min,systematically analyzing the vibration transmission path by combing the problem phenomenon.Combined with the data acquisition equipment,the vibration was confirmed as the second-order engine excitation transmitted to the steering wheel by engine right mount.By adjusting the engine calibration strategy to avoid the vibration frequency of the steering wheel,the steering wheel was optimized to reduce the first-order modal amplitude of the steering wheel body.The subjective evaluation and the car test shows that after implementing the optimization scheme,the steering wheel vibration was significantly reduced,the problem was effectively solved,and the NVH performance of the vehicle was improved.
