随着卡车电气化趋势发展的深入,各类电控系统也随之增多,而CAN总线作为控制器之间通信的桥梁,其作用日益显现。卡车制造阶段因生产操作、制件品质等因素会造成一系列的CAN总线方面的电气故障,通常这类故障相对于其他硬线故障更加复杂,值得分析和学习。

With the development of truck electrification trend,all kinds of electronic control systems are also increasing.As a communication bridge between controllers,CAN-bus plays an increasingly important role.In the truck manufacturing stage,a series of CAN-bus faults will be caused by production operation,part quality and other factors.Compared with other hard-wire faults,such faults are usually more complex and worthy of analysis and learning.
