旧城区内河景观微更新策略探索——以福鼎市龙山溪为例

Exploration on micro-renovation of inland waterfront landscape in old town area——A case study of Longshan Stream in Fuding City

内河滨水空间是城市公共空间的重要组成部分,是城市的一道风景线,不论在生态防洪排涝、市民休闲游憩、文化健身等方面都具有重要的作用。近年来,福鼎市着重推进城区绿化、亮化、洁化、美化等目标,完善城区基础设施建设,提升城市面貌,大力推进城市"新绿亮洁"建设,城市综合承载能力和宜居宜业水平得到不断提升。本文探索了在城市高速发展向高质量发展过程中,如何立足福鼎本底资源特点,在保留内河功能的基础上,提升城市风貌,完善城市功能。通过对龙山溪整体空间的整合以及对微空间的改造,注入新的景观内涵,使昔日可达性较差的滨水带,变成令人流连忘返的城市游憩地,唤起人们内心深处对生活的原初感受,创造一种新的景观体验空间。

Inner waterfront space is an important part of urban public space and a scenic line of the city,which has an important influence on ecological flood control and drainage,people's leisure and recreation,culture and fitness,etc.In recent years,Fuding City has been focusing on promoting the urban greening,lighting,cleaning,beautification and other goals,improving the urban infrastructure construction,upgrading the urban appearance,vigorously promoting the construction of"new,green,bright and clean",and constantly improving the city's comprehensive carrying capacity and livable and appropriate business level.This article explores how to enhance the urban landscape and improve the urban functions based on the characteristics of Fuding background resources and on the basis of retaining the inland river function in the process of high-speed urban development to high-quality development.By the integration of the whole space of Longshan stream and the transformation of the micro-space,and injection of new landscape connotation,the waterfront belt with poor accessibility in the past becomes an urban recreation place that make people tend to linger on,arouses people's original feelings of life,and creates a new landscape experience space.
