摘要 针对目前厂拌热再生沥青混合料回收料(RAP)掺量比例低、RAP精细化管理难度大、RAP再生利用的经济效益和社会效益不显著等问题,通过改变RAP管理方式,优化RAP预处理工艺,将传统的全粒径RAP综合利用转变为基于RAP性能特征的分类循环利用,建立RAP质量控制技术指标体系,有效控制RAP性能变异,实现RAP的大掺量高质量循环再利用,显著减少施工管理流程,为旧路沥青混合料的大掺量循环利用提供理论基础与技术参考。 At present,some disadvantages still exist in the utilization of recycled asphalt pavement(RAP),such as low content of RAP in asphalt mixtures,difficult delicacy management of RAP,and unconspicuous economic and social benefits of recycling of RAP.The objective of this research is to transform the traditional comprehensive utilization of RAP to classified recycling based on the performance characteristic of RAP by transforming the management style and optimizing the pretreatment procedure of RAP.And then,a technology index system of controlling RAP quality is established to decrease the performance variation of RAP effectively,which could help realize the recycling of RAP with a large content and high quality and reduce the management process in construction significantly.Further,this research could provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the utilization of recycled asphalt mixture with large quantity.
