摘要
净水厂水源主要有地下水和地表水两种,根据水质不同采用的净水厂工艺有所不同。深井地下水水源相较于地表水水源浊度低,因此地下水水源净水厂处理工艺往往不设置加药反应沉淀工序,但存在硫酸根、铁、锰离子超标的问题,其处理工艺通常会选择除铁、除锰滤池,由于深井地下水净水厂工艺大多无加药反应沉淀池,因此其滤池反冲洗水通常直接作为废水排放,大大增加了污水厂的自用水率,对水资源造成浪费。本论文主要对深井地下水净水厂滤池反冲洗水回收进行研究,以宁夏中宁第二水厂反冲洗废水为例,通过对其进行加药混凝沉淀实验,探究其回收处理的最佳投药量及药剂种类、反应沉淀时间等,提高净水厂废水回收利用率。
At present,there are two kinds of water sources in water purification plants:groundwater and surface water.According to the different water quality,the water purification plant processes are different.The turbidity of deep-well groundwater source is lower than that of surface water source,so the treatment process of groundwater source water purification plant often does not set up dosing reaction precipitation process.However,groundwater source often has the problem of excessive sulfate,iron and manganese ions,and the treatment process of which is often iron removal and manganese removal filter.Because it does not have dosing reaction sedimentation tank,the backwashing wastewater from the filter cannot flow back to the front-end process,and so usually been discharged directly as wastewater,which greatly increases the self-use rate of sewage plants and causes waste of water resources.This paper mainly studies the recycling of backwashing water in the filter of deep well groundwater purification plant.It takes the backwashing wastewater of Ningxia Zhongning No.2 Water Plant as an example,makes experiment of dosing coagulation-precipitation,explores the best dosage,types of chemicals,reaction and precipitation time of backwashing wastewater,expecting to improve the recycling of wastewater in water purification plant.
