宣解通透汤治疗血瘀型寻常型银屑病临床观察

Efficacy observation of Xuanjie Tongtou decoction on vulgaris psoriasis with syndrome of blood Stasis

目的:观察宣解通透汤治疗血瘀型寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法:将60例寻常型银屑病血瘀证患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组予口服方宣解通透汤治疗,对照组予郁金银屑片治疗,疗程为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重性指数(PASI)评分、中医主要证候评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分,及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗4周后,两组PASI评分、中医证候评分、DLQI评分均较治疗前下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:宣解通透汤可以明显改善寻常型银屑病血瘀证患者的临床症状及体征,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanjie Tongtou decoction on vulgaris psoriasis with syndrome of blood stasis.Methods:60 cases of patients with vulgaris psoriasis with syndrome of blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Xuanjie Tongtou decoction,while the control group was treated with Yujin Yinxie tablets,and the course of treatment was for 4 weeks.The scorses of psoriasis lesion area and psoriasis severity index(PASI),the scores of main syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,the score of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the period of treatment were observed in two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups,PASI score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI score were decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).During the period of treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups of patients.Conclusion:Xuanjie Tongtou decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and physical signs of patients with vulgaris psoriasis with syndrome of blood stasis,and enhance the quality of life.
