Summary of Information Security Construction Planning in Industrial Enterprises

我国“十四五”规划纲要圈定了数字经济重点产业。随着新技术的应用和网络基础设施的规模化增长,我国互联网发展进程也由消费互联网进入到了工业互联网的新阶段。随着工业互联网的发展,相对隔离的边界变模糊,相对稳定的生产变灵活,相对机械的生产变智能。这也带来了安全的新变化和用户的新需求。安全是工业互联网发展的重中之重。为克服工业信息安全在新时期背景下面临的诸多挑战,文章结合网络安全和等级保护立法的时代背景,从我国工业信息安全的实际情况出发,详细介绍并总结了建设情况与进展,并就国情和政策引导方向,对未来工业信息安全建设与发展进行了实际可操作性的论述。

The outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan delineates key industries of digital economy.With the application of new technology and the large-scale growth of network infrastructure,the Internet development in our country has entered a new stage from the consumer Internet to the industrial Internet.With the development of industrial Internet,the relatively isolated boundary becomes blurred,the relatively stable production becomes flexible,and the relatively mechanical production becomes intelligent.This also brings new changes in security and new needs from users.Security is the top priority of industrial Internet development.In order to overcome many challenges faced by industrial information security in the background of the new era,this paper combines the era background of network security and level protection legislation which starts from the actual situation of our industrial information security.Meanwhile,it introduces and summarizes the construction and progress in detail,also expounding that the construction and development of industrial information security in the future is practically operable,focused on the national conditions and policy guidance direction.
