穴位按摩联合吴茱萸热庵包对腹股沟疝修补术后患者康复的影响

Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Medicinal Evodia Fruit Hot Compress on Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Inguinal Herniorrhaphy

目的探讨穴位按摩联合吴茱萸热庵包对腹股沟疝修补术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月于湖北中医药大学附属天门市中医医院行腹股沟疝修补术的84例腹股沟疝患者,采用随机数字表法分成观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组予术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上合用穴位按摩及吴茱萸热庵包干预。对比两组患者术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果观察组术后肛门排气、下床活动、进食及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(19.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,两组患者生活质量各项评分均有所提高,且观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合吴茱萸热庵包可促进腹股沟疝修补术患者术后恢复,减少并发症,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with medicinal evodia fruit hot compress on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing inguinal herniorrhaphy.Methods A total of 84 inguinal hernia patients who underwent inguinal herniorrhaphy in Tianmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)by using a random number table.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group was given acupoint massage and medicinal evodia fruit hot compress on this basis.The postoperative recovery,incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time to postoperative anal exhaust,ambulation and eating and the length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05 for all);the incidence of complications in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(19.05%),with significant difference(P<0.05);after 3⁃month follow⁃up,the scores of quality of life were improved in both groups,while the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with medicinal evodia fruit hot compress can promote the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing inguinal herniorrhaphy,reduce their complications and improve their quality of life.
