以“置信职业行为”为导向的精神科住院医师规范化培训临床技能数据库的构建研究

Research on the construction of clinical skill database of standardized training for psychiatric residents guided by"trust professional behavior"

目的:探索构建以“置信职业行为”为导向科学合理、可操作性强的精神科住院医师规范化培训临床技能数据库。方法:通过文献研究、半结构访谈建立精神科住培医师临床技能条目池,在全国部分省市的10所三级医院选取精神科领域的专家76名,采用Delphi法对各项临床技能指标的重要性及可行性进行分析,予以权重确定。结果:建立了由17项一级指标、68项二级指标构成的“精神科临床技能数据库”,并确立各级指标的权重系数。结论:本研究建立的“精神科临床技能数据库”有较好的科学性、系统性、实用性,为培训部门的科学管理、优化培训方案提供借鉴依据。

Objective:To explore the construction of a scientific,reasonable and operable database of standardized training clinical skills for psychiatric residents guided by"trust professional behavior".Method:Through literature research and semi-structured interview,the clinical skill entry pool of physicians was established.76 psychiatric experts were selected from 10 tertiary hospitals in some provinces and cities across the country.Delphi method was used to analyze the importance and feasibility of each clinical skill index and determine the weight.Results:A database of psychiatric clinical skills has been established,consisting of 17 first-level indicators and 68 second-level indicators,and the weight coefficients of each indicator have been established.Conclusion:The"psychiatric clinical skills database"established in this study is scientific,systematic and practical.It provides reference for scientific management and optimization of training program for training department.
