双相障碍与边缘型人格障碍

摘要 双相障碍(BD)和边缘型人格障碍(BPD)是临床上常见的精神障碍;然而这两种疾病常因症状的重叠而被混淆。本综述从遗传学、神经影像学、现象学、量表评估及治疗角度对BD与BPD进行分析比较。 Bipolar disorder(BD)and borderline personality disorder(BPD)are common clinical mental disorders.However,the two diseases are often confused by overlapping symptoms.In this review,BD and BPD were analyzed and compared from the perspectives of genetics,neuroimaging,phenomenology,scale evaluation and treatment.
