乡村振兴战略下县级图书馆总分馆建设研究

Research on the construction of county-level general and branch library under the strategy of rural revitalization

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的关于我国农村发展的国家重大战略。乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,事关乡村振兴战略成败。公共图书馆是保障公民基本文化权益、满足人民基本文化需求的重要支撑,也是发展公共文化服务体系的重要途径。加强县区级公共图书馆总分馆制的建设,为基层群众提供更优质的文化服务,对提升公民文化素养具有十分重要的作用。文章以郯城县总分馆建设为例,对郯城县的总分馆建设成果进行了阐述,分析了总分馆建设中存在的问题,并提出了加强总分馆建设的对策。

The rural revitalization strategy is a major national strategy for China’s rural development put forward at the 19th CPC National Congress.The revitalization of rural culture is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,which is related to the success or failure of the rural revitalization strategy.The public library is an important support for safeguarding citizens’basic cultural rights and interests and meeting people’s basic cultural needs,and also an important way to develop the public cultural service system.Strengthening the construction of the general and branch library system of county and district level public libraries and providing better cultural services for the grassroots people have a very important role in improving citizens’cultural literacy.Taking the construction of the general and branch offices in Tancheng county as an example,this paper expounds the construction achievements of the general and branch library in Tancheng county,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the general and branch library,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the general and branch library.
