摘要
文章通过对高速公路相关交通多源数据进行分析,结合高速公路监控管理需求,充分利用交通行业智慧化建设成果,针对危险品运输车辆和大件运输车辆等特殊车辆的卫星定位数据,融合省级交通行业管理部门系统中危险品电子订单数据和大件运输许可数据资源,实现对以上车辆的重点监控和预警。在此基础上开发基于多源数据的交通事件识别主动管控系统,实现对车辆的预警监测,从多个维度提升道路安全监管能力和水平,实现监控数据的多样化、监控维度的多维化。
By analyzing the multi-source data related to expressway traffic,combining with the needs of expressway monitoring and management,making full use of the intelligent construction achievements of the transportation industry,aiming at the satellite positioning data of special vehicles such as dangerous goods transport vehicles and bulky transport vehicles,and integrating the electronic order data of dangerous goods and bulky transport permit data resources in the provincial transportation industry management department system,the article realizes the key monitoring and early warning of the above vehicles.On this basis,the active control system for traffic incident identification based on multi-source data is developed to realize early warning and monitoring of vehicles,improve the ability and level of road safety supervision from multiple dimensions,and realize the diversification of monitoring data and multidimensional monitoring dimensions.
