摘要
目的 评价Columbus~?三维心脏电生理标测系统引导下射频消融治疗室上性心动过速心律失常患者的效果。方法 通过Columbus~?三维心脏电生理标测系统及配套导管引导下射频消融治疗梅州市人民医院2019年3月至12月收治的61例快速型心律失常患者,记录X光曝光时间、即刻消融成功率、手术时间等数据。结果 (1)主要评价指标X光曝光时间中位数为218(150~591)s,达到方案预期设计曝光时间<7.2 min,并且低于相似研究中的6.2 min。(2)手术即刻成功率为100%。(3)不良事件发生人数为8.2%(5/61),不良事件发生7次,发生率11.5%(7/61),严重程度均为轻微。所有不良事件,经研究者判断与研究器械无相关性。结论 使用Columbus~?三维心脏电生理标测系统完成室上性心动过速手术可以明显减少手术曝光时间及曝光量,无器械相关性不良事件,提高手术安全性,具有推广意义。
Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with supra ventricular tachycardia arrhythmias guided by Columbus®three-dimensional cardiac electrophysiological mapping system.Methods From March 2019 to December 2019 in Meizhou People′s Hospital,61 patients with tachyarrhythmia were treated by radiofrequency ablation guided by Columbus®three-dimensional cardiac electrophysiological mapping system and matching catheters.The X-ray exposure duration,immediate ablation success rate and operation duration were recorded.Results(1)The main evaluation measures:the median X-ray exposure duration was 218(150-591)s,and the expected design exposure duration was less than 7.2 minutes,which was lower than 6.2 minutes in similar studies.(2)The immediate success rate of surgery was 100%.(3)There were 8.2%(5/61)patients occurred adverse events,and 7 adverse events occurred,with an incidence of 11.5%(7/61),and the severity was mild.All the adverse events were judged by the researchers to be not related to the research instruments.Conclusions Using Columbus®three-dimensional cardiac electrophysiological mapping system to complete the operation of supra ventricular tachycardia can significantly reduce the exposure duration andexposure,improvethesafetyofoperation,andhasnoinstrument-relatedadverseevents,whichhaspromotionsignificance.
