教育是一项“全球共同利益”——联合国教科文组织报告《一起重新构想我们的未来》解读

摘要 联合国教科文组织持续评估全球教育发展的进程,致力于教育的更新和变革工作。《一起重新构想我们的未来:为教育打造新的社会契约》是联合国教科文组织在第41届大会期间发布的又一具有里程碑意义的新全球报告。该报告在人类发展新的历史节点反思教育,将教育视为一项“全球共同利益”。报告呼吁我们面向未来,达成教育的全人类共识:教育旨在塑造人类可持续发展的未来;保障公民终身接受优质教育的权利;加强作为一项公共事业和共同利益的教育。在此“共识”的基础上,报告提出诸多有关教育中教学、课程、教师和学校的具体革新原则和路径,共同展望2050年及未来的教育。 UNESCO has been continuously assessing the progress of global educational development and has been committed to the renewal and transformation of education.“Reimagining our futures together:a new social contract for education”is another landmark new global report released by UNESCO during its 41st General Conference.The report rethinks education with an eye to the new historical milestone in human development and establishes the educational concept of“global common good”.It calls on us to look to the future and reach a universal consensus on education:education aims to shape a sustainable future for mankind,to guarantee the right to quality education throughout life,and to strengthen education as a public good and a common good.Based on this“consensus”,the report puts forward concrete principles and pathways for innovation in teaching,curriculum,teachers and schools,together envisioning education in 2050 and beyond,and strengthening our ability to act together.
