摘要
为了提高继电保护运行的稳定性及可靠性,对二次回路提出了一种故障状态实时监测及诊断方法。该方法是在现有网络报文记录装置基础上,通过优化设计SV/GOOSE链路、交流回路、保护动作等,从而实现对二次回路异常报文及故障的在线实时监测及定位。最终通过实践表明该方法不仅经济性良好,而且有很好的适用性及容错性,对减少继电保护二次回路故障有积极作用。
In order to improve the stability and reliability of relay protection operation,this paper proposes a real-time monitoring and diagnosis method of fault status for its secondary circuit.This method is based on the existing network message recording device,through optimized design SV/GOOSE link,AC circuit,protection action,etc.,so as to realize online real-time monitoring and positioning of abnormal messages and faults in the secondary circuit.Finally,the practice shows that the method is not only economical,but also has good applicability and fault tolerance,and has a positive effect on reducing the fault of the secondary circuit of the relay protection.
