摘要 大数据即在海量数据和信息支撑之下构造并建立具有全面性、完善性和可靠性的系统,从而能更加高效地对数据信息进行系统的归纳与整理,经过大数据技术进行初步分析,获取一系列重要的数据信息。在大数据的时代背景下,数据信息成为推动我国社会建设与发展的关键元素,对各个企业的运营管理而言更是重要的生产要素。因此,大数据时代背景下,企业为实现长期持续、稳定的运营发展,需要具有科学性、系统性的人力资源绩效管理模式作为基础条件,确保制订相应的策略过程中思路更加清晰且流程更加简单,最大限度减少企业运营风险。 Big data is constructed and established as a comprehensive,perfect and reliable system under the support of massive data and information,so as to summarize and organize systematically the data information more efficiently,through the preliminary analysis on big data technology,to obtain a series of important data information.In the era of big data,data information has become a key element to promote the country's social construction and development in our country,and is an important productive factor for the operation and management of various enterprises.Therefore,in the context of the era of big data,in order to achieve long-term,sustainable and stable operation and development,enterprises need a scientific and systematic human resource performance management mode as the basic condition to ensure that the process of formulating the corresponding strategy is clearer and simpler process,so as to minimize the risk of enterprise operation.
