摘要
基于重介浅槽分选机的结构,分析了链条安装、日常运行中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题,重点对链条及其关系密切的刮板、连接板、滑道、底衬板等结构进行优化改进。结果表明,改进后浅槽重介分选机的运行性能更稳定,可靠性更好,并且降低了煤矿作业人员的劳动强度,提高了煤炭洗选效益。
In order to improve the service life of the chain of shallow-trough dense medium separator and reduce the downtime of dense medium separator,based on the structure of shallow-trough dense medium separator,the main problems existing in the chain installation and daily operation were analyzed,aiming at these problems,the chain and its closely related structure,such as scraper,connecting plate,slide way and bottom liner,are optimized and improved.The results show that the improved shallow-trough dense medium separator has more stable running performance and better reliability,reduces the labor intensity of coal mine operators and improves the benefit of coal washing.
