This paper introduces the coal slime flotation process of the coal preparation plant,the composition and control principle of the flotation automatic dosing device,and the main functions of the flotation automatic dosing device(filtration,transportation,metering,addition,etc.of flotation reagents).It points out that the flotation effect of the coal slime flotation is affected by many factors,and it is necessary to design the flotation automatic dosing device suitable for the on-site working conditions according to the actual situation of the coal preparation plant and the specific analysis of specific problems.
