摘要 影响煤泥浮选过程的工艺参数较多,智能浮选系统存在结构复杂、投资成本高、应用效果差等问题。为开发实用性更高的智能化浮选系统,优化和简化浮选的自动调节过程,提高系统运行效率和可靠性,提出采用PID控制技术调整浮选柱入料流量和加药量,以简化智能浮选系统的检测与控制过程。以浮选柱串联的二次浮选工艺为实例,研究二次浮选工艺的自动加药控制系统,结合具备学习功能的专家数据库,设计了经济实用的二次浮选智能化控制系统。 There are many process parameters affecting the coal slime flotation process,and the intelligent flotation system has problems such as complex structure,high investment cost,and poor application effect.In order to develop an intelligent flotation system with higher practicability,optimize and simplify the automatic adjustment process of flotation,and improve the operating efficiency and reliability of the system,a method of using PID control technology to adjust the feed flow rate and dosing amount of the flotation column is proposed.Simplify the detection and control process of the intelligent flotation system.Taking the secondary flotation process in series with flotation columns as an example,the automatic dosing control system of the secondary flotation process is studied,combined with the expert database with learning function,an economical and practical secondary flotation intelligent control system is designed.
