摘要 结合SDCHN435元素分析仪对GB/T30733—2014《煤中碳氢氮的测定仪器法》中碳氢氮的测定方法进行介绍,包括试样称量、气密性检查、试样分析、仪器标定、漂移校正等。详细阐述了SDCHN435元素分析仪的结构特点和工作原理,探讨了该仪器的操作规范及注意事项,对设备的日常维护提出了建议。 To combat climate change caused by greenhouse gases,the control of greenhouse gas emission has been brought into the national economic and social development goal,greenhouse gas emissions from coal production and operation have been strictly regulated.So,in the actual production use management,quickly obtain the test results of coal quality analysis,the test results of hydrocarbon and nitrogen in coal,can manage greenhouse gas emissions more efficiently.Combined with SDCHN435 element analyzer,this paper introduces the determination method of CHN in GB/T30733-2014"Determination of total carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen content in coal-Instrumental method",Including sample weighing,air tightness check,sample analysis,instrument calibration,drift correction.The structure characteristics and working principle of SDCHN435 element analyzer are described in detail,operation standard and matters needing attention of the instrument are discussed,recommended the daily maintenance of the equipment.Hope to provide assistance to the practitioners concerned.
