摘要
推进变频器的冷却系统设计好坏直接关系到船舶电力推进系统运行的稳定性和可靠性。本文设计了一种船用推进变频器冷却方案,并进行了热计算和仿真。计算和仿真结果显示运用此冷却方案变频器各部分温升均不超过使用限制,完全满足变频器船用要求。将此冷却方案应用到了产品上,各项指标正常,此变频器冷却系统工程设计及应用具有理论意义和参考价值。
The design of cooling system of the propulsion converters directly affects the stability and reliability of marine electric propulsion.This paper proposes a cooling design scheme of marine converter and heat calculation and related simulation was carried out.Calculation and simulation results show that the temperature rise of each part of converter does not exceed the service limit,fully meets the requirements of the marine converters.When the cooling scheme is applied to the products,indicators are normal.This kind of engineering design and applications of converter cooling system has important signification in theory and practical values.
