摘要
针对耦合机构偏移会导致参数变化的问题,设计了一种三线圈结构的耦合线圈。通过在接收线圈内部增加反接线圈提高了耦合机构整体的抗偏移性能,并对耦合机构的封装外壳进行结构和热设计,保障耦合机构在11 kW的高功率等级下仍能安全稳定工作。
This paper designs a coupling coil with a three-coil structure to solve the parameter changing problem led by the offset of couplers.This paper improves the overall anti-offset performance of the coupler by adding a reverse-connection coil inside the receiving coil,and conducts the structure and thermal design for the packaging shell of the coupling mechanism to ensure that the coupling mechanism can still work safely and stably at a high power level of 11kW.
